There are 4 sets of flexo color sets, helical toothed ceramic anilox roller, printing plate roller and high precision embossing roller. The wall panel and frame are 4 5 # and the thickness is 2 0mm, which effectively eliminates the vibration of the whole machine and makes the machine more solid and durable. 1 set of ceramic anilox rollers 4 pieces (customer optional) Horizontal motor adjusts focus and registration, and macro adjusts platen roller. 4 sets of single-blade reverse stripping system, the plate roller is loaded and unloaded by the shaft, and both ends are pneumatically controlled; pressure plate pressure is set quantitatively. There are 4 ink transfer rollers. Our machine can be equipped with Infrared (IR) short wave heating, drying system and temperature adjustment. After the anilox roller is relieved of pressure at each stop, the plate roller continues to rotate for 1 time. It takes 5 seconds to transfer the ink from the platen to the paper to keep the platen clean.
