The working principle of our paper cup machine is that a main motor drives the whole machine, realizing the perfect integration of gear and cam structure. Our machine produces 70-75 glasses per minute. Now the machine uses a single aluminum plate instead of the previous three-plate machine, which greatly reduces the machine failure rate and shortens the operator's labor. Single and double coated paper cups ranging from 2.5oz to 16oz can be customized according to customer needs. It is a fully automatic paper cup forming machine through multi-row automatic paper feeding, paper return prevention device (to ensure accurate positioning, ultrasonic or copper strip welding, mechanical hand paper tube transfer, oil injection, bottom punching, bottom folding). Pre-heating and blower air blowing device discharges the glass and ensures that it falls into the collection collector. It can stably produce paper cups of various specifications.
