1） This paper cup machine has a fully enclosed structure, waste and dust are not easy to fall into the machine, and the machine parts are meticulously and carefully manufactured in order to keep the inside of the machine tidy and clean to ensure the efficient operation of the mechanical transmission.
2） The production rate is high, up to 85 pieces per minute, and with a net production of 85 cups per minute, the cost performance is higher than similar machines.
3) It has aluminum disc indexing and open cams, the mechanical part is chainless and the drivetrain operates with a gear system that has been subjected to high pressure testing. The cam system is machined by 20CrMnTi CNC fine grinding. A seamless integrated spray oil system is used.
